Software Testing Types

Software Testing basically includes two types of testing i.e. Manual testing and Automated testing.

Manual Testing: - Manual Testing is one of the most preferred types of software testing wherein test cases are designed and reviewed by the software team before executing it.

Automated testing: - Automated testing type also applies automation in testing that can be applied to numerous parts of a software process like executing test cases, test case management, defect management, reporting bugs/defects. There are so many automated tools for software testing as WinRunner, LoadRunner, Test Director, Bugzilla, QTP etc.
